What you will be doing
As the Social Media Manager in Gelato, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the brand's goals and campaigns’ objectives. This involves working alongside with the creative team to develop compelling, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience, and collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Influencers Manager, Paid Social Media Manager, CRM Team and PR, to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies. The role’s purpose is to enhance the brand's visibility, build a loyal online community, and drive organic growth through strategic, engaging, and authentic content and social media initiatives.
Some of your responsibilities will include
• Developing or overseeing the creation of engaging, on-brand content for multiple channels, including video, static images and copy, as well as representing the brand in social content
• Planning, writing engaging copy and scheduling social media content maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Adapting the content plan in case of unexpected changes or shifts in the social media landscape.
• Engaging with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Daily curation of customer-tagged stories to evaluate their suitability for reposting and audience engagement.
• Be at the forefront of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive a social -first culture within the business and maximize the impact of the brand’ social content.
• Executing social media campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

As a Operations Support Manager, you will help Gelato to grow and develop our global operations. You will work on progressively challenging opportunities in the core of our elite operations network, designed to stretch and develop your analytical and operational capabilities.
You will engage directly with our production partners, supporting them on queries impacting their operation and our end customer experience. You will triage issues directly with our product managers and engineering teams, making real time decisions on the short term fixes and resolution needed as well as recommendations on the long-term process improvements with a focus on utilizing technology and AI. Through this you will have a heavy influence on the roadmap and technology we bring forward to partners to improve Gelato’s global operations, ensuring high quality products arrive fast to end customers around the world. Through this role you will get direct customer exposure, work to share the voice of the customer throughout the organization and work on short and longer term products to improve the experience of our production partners.
What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on role where you need to be able to both dive deep and solve escalations and zoom out to work with data and identify root cause solutions using technology. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• 10+ years of proven experience in leading ESG initiatives in a global, multi-location, or outsourced partner environment.
• Strong understanding of ESG regulations, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and communicate the business value of sustainability efforts.

What you will be doing
With a global network of production and logistics partners, operational excellence is at the core of how Gelato delivers value to its customers. As Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will help Gelato to grow, develop and reimagine its global supply chain operations. As part of the supply chain team, you will work on multiple tasks at a fast pace, engaging directly with our suppliers
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
• Oversee and build relationships with our suppliers and select and develop new ones, identifying the best opportunities in key markets for our partners
• Partner with product expansion teams to define requirements; assist with identifying vendors; lead RFQ process and evaluations; provide vendor evaluation framework; and make recommendations on vendor selection
• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues
• Review and negotiate existing agreements to optimize commercial terms
• Work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance and measure against KPI criteria
• Create and update sourcing reports and documentation
• Analyze operational performance and resolve issues. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all products meet quality standards
• Identify and implement best practice operational processes, and harness the power of advanced analytics to optimize for reliability.
• Effectively contribute tactical and functional insight, as well as a longer-term strategic points of view to help drive key cross-functional/company-wide decisions and direction
