HR Operations Lead
Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day hands-on guidance to our team of HR Generalists to execute end-to-end HR processes.
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases to ensure efficiency and data accuracy
• Manage benefits for our US and global locations
• Manage compliance reporting and audits – (EEO, DEI, 401k audits, etc.)
• Design and implement company policies, and liaise with our regulatory and legal team to ensure compliance
• Act as a consultant to managers and employees regarding policies and procedures
• Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to align on HR Ops priorities, initiatives and projects
• Address employees’ queries (e.g. on company policies, systems and benefits)
Requirements and skills
• 4-6 years proven work experience in HR Operations
• Good knowledge of labor law and regulations (US and EMEA)
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Oracle is a plus)
• Experience overseeing/managing benefits administration and reporting
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• MSc in HR is a plus
The anticipated annualized salary range for this position in the US market is $75,000 and $90,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. If hired as a regular full-time employee, this position will include a variable compensation plan which could be a bonus or a commission. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Engineer to join us on this mission. The successful candidate will be well-versed in using Salesforce and other CRM tools to solve critical business problems. It’s the job of this Salesforce Engineer to leverage Salesforce to create a smooth customer journey and enable efficient and effective business operations.
The CRM team at GA is made up of an Engineering Manager, a Technical Product Manager, a Project Manager, a Senior Salesforce Engineer, a Salesforce Engineer (you), and a Salesforce Administrator. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Our current Salesforce ecosystem consists of two Sales Cloud instances, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and nascent use of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Key third party tools include telephony, SMS, DocuSign, and finance integrations.
Our expectations for the role and your responsibilities are:
• Usually, 3-5 years of experience being a professional Engineer or Senior Salesforce Administrator with proven coding experience.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce to solve critical business problems, with an emphasis on limiting design complexity.
• Experience with integrating salesforce and 3rd-party applications (with or without a Managed Package).
• Proven knowledge and subject-matter expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, and other customization options within Force.com platform.
• Expertise with Sales Cloud, and at least one of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• One or more current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud) OR a portfolio of equivalent experience

This role is part of a performance marketing team. This individual will also contribute to team feedback sessions, process improvements, and evangelizing UX across the company. Responsibilities
• Lead the management of websites to build engagement with prospects, students and alumni to deliver against business objectives
• Ensure that our website attracts, informs, and enables customers across segments to accomplish their goals and support business objectives
• Establish research objectives, strategy, methods, and expected outcomes
• Conduct and coordinate usability studies including interviews, usability testing, a/b tests card sorting, tree testing, and other research
• Review and analyze behavioral website metrics
• Lead management of web enhancements requests, working closely with the Webex team and website authors
• Synthesize data and findings into succinct reports and focused points of view that inspire and inform design and business decisions
• Create actionable design documentation such as personas and journey maps to clearly communicate our users’ needs with stakeholders and the company at large
• Facilitate collaboration workshops with stakeholders such as design studios
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to test and iterate on the best possible solution
• Create final UI designs and design specifications to clearly communicate design recommendations to stakeholders and engineers
• Collaborate closely with Google Analytics team and broader Webex & Data teams to optimize tracking

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience working with stakeholders to uncover research goals and requirements
• Demonstrated skill in planning and conducting usability testing and user interviews
• Working knowledge of other qualitative research methods, including heuristic evaluations, card sorting, tree testing, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze study findings, present results, and make recommendations based on data
• Ability to understand and articulate the underlying causes for usability issues
• Ability to adapt processes and deliverables when necessary to meet project needs
• Passion for understanding users’ behaviors and sharing that knowledge with your team and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of usability and UI best practices
• Working knowledge of W3C accessibility guidelines
• Functional knowledge of conversion rate optimization best practices
• Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Functional understanding of A/B testing best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make detailed information understandable
