This role will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties as well as working with our production manager and producers during pre-production and on set during production. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Help arrange events and productions alongside our production manager & associate producer.
• Help with coordinating film productions in both pre-production and on set during production.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Willing to travel and work weekends when needed.
