What will I be doing?

Your Key Result Areas
• Support clients on their Digital journey by analyzing business problems and create value by providing recommendations on business-critical problems
• Contribute to all phases of Digital Transformation projects by applying state-of-art techniques, such as Design Thinking, Agile, Business Model Innovation, Change Adoption and more
• Creation of complex analyses of all existing data and key figures of eCommerce platforms and digital B2C channels
• Interpretation of the data and derivation of recommendations for action in coordination with the specialist departments
• Develop advisory experience and supporting the creation of business case calculations
• Assist the consulting team in preparing strategic business proposals and recommendations in Digital and Business transformation
• Tracking and implementation of trends and developments
• Represent Cognizant in forums & industry events along with seniors from the practice and support efforts on thought leadership and showcasing advisory work of the organization

Your Qualification
• Consulting experience in the service areas: Digital Analytics, Disruptive Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Enterprise Operating Models
• Understanding of Digital Adoption/Change, IT-Architecture and Technology
• Knowledge of Digital/Web Analytics with a focus of Google Analytics, Tag Management, Event Stream, Audience Stream, A/B testing, HeatMap, Tableau, PowerBI or other Reporting tools
• Stellar university education (Master’s degree preferred) combining with industry knowledge in Airlines, Airports, Transportation, Travel Intermediaries and/or Hospitality
• Positive attitude, team spirit, flexible personality and ability to cope with fast-paced and innovative business environments
• Strategic thinking combined with problem-solving skills, passion for Digitalization/ Digital Analytics and interest for development in the Travel & Hospitality domain
• Outstanding communication and cross-cultural skills combined with proactive attitude, exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity
• Team-orientation and collaborative approach
• Fluent English language, German is a plus
• Ability to travel within Europe based on client engagement

• Escalate most complex bookings to more experienced staff
