• Maintain order and organization in the walk in coolers and freezer as needed and as often as daily.
• Answer questions from production staff and train staff according to GG At Home quality standards.
• Participate and assist in month end inventory and data entry.
• Self assign and participate in daily entree production work.
• Responsible for staff operating within State of Connecticut food safety guidelines and that we are up to sanitation codes for production and storage
of all food products
• Responsible for the high quality preparation and finishing of GG At Home entrees, soups sauces in accordance with specified store menus and entrees.
• Prepare food items according to specified recipes.
• Ensure with the Executive Chef that kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate and coordinate with FOH staff and store managers to ensure knowledge of menus , proper loading and delivery of all food items to the stores, and convey the proper presentation and reheating of menu items to be included on labeling and reheating instruction.
In the Head Chef’s Absence:
• Assist the Sous Chef in preparing food prep lists, assigning kitchen staff to specific menu items, and supervising staff at work to ensure quantity, quality, consistency, and proper timing of food preparation.

Responsibilities
• Drives, manages, and plans analytic production for Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) analyses relating to Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) problem sets. Ensures team work assignments maximize use of resources and human expertise while employing innovative scientific and technical intelligence approaches and/or new technology in accordance with established tradecraft standards.
• Serves as a national MASINT DEW technical subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, advisory support, and leadership on projects, programs, and/or major phases for broad and varied mission operations both within the unit and throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
• Establishes and advances the technical vision for complex, multi-source MASINT DEW analysis. Develops and promotes related tools, architecture, and technical capabilities in support of numerous and sometimes competing service, national, and coalition stakeholder priorities.
• Directs and/or actively drives the outcome of DoD and IC advisory committees, technical review boards, and other initiatives/forums related to MASINT & DEW Enterprise events, projects, systems, and goals.
• Exercises derived and coercive leadership authority to create multi-disciplinary and cross-organizational teams as the primary technical advocate for MASINT DEW Enterprise advancement. Aligns team efforts to Enterprise technical and programmatic activities to fulfill strategy-guided unit priorities.
• Continuously develops self and team members both technically and professionally, instilling a culture of bold discovery and relentless pursuit of mission excellence.
• Identifies imbalances between DoD/IC MASINT DEW analytic requirements and resources, leading efforts to close gaps and increase mission effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Knowledge and mastery of a broad range of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to solve complex scientific and technical intelligence problems, provide expert advice and present innovative recommendations to teammates and management for advancing MASINT programs, methods, and other areas of responsibility.
• Broad and extensive knowledge of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices used for MASINT processing and analysis to enable data-informed decision-making and recommendations.
• Expansive background developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments in light of MASINT Enterprise policy determinations and resource commitments; and skillful application of this knowledge to difficult and complex work assignments; or a comprehensive, intensive, practical knowledge of comparable intelligence functions.
• Knowledge of the mission, role, function, organizational structure, and operation of the DoD, Air Force, Space Force and the Intelligence Community, including organizational communication and information infrastructures, organization, and planning/programming cycles.
• Skill in project planning, project management, and time management to effectively execute the technical goals and requirements of teams and projects.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, negotiating complex issues, and resolving conflicts based on mature judgement, leadership qualities, experience, and recognized professional standing; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers, management, contractors, academia, and senior US/foreign mission partners.
• Ability to make or recommend clear mission decisions despite uncertainty in approaches, methodologies, or from changes to programs, technological development goals, or requirements; ability to effectively organize and analyze information; produce authoritative reports, position papers, and briefings that meet the specific needs of commanders and senior management officials; present clear and concise findings; and effectively advocate for the MASINT mission and resources.
