Description:
This position is expected to work on project and platform implementations. Provide product support and resolution of issues with prevention plans related to Contact Center including, call recording, interaction analytics, call transcriptions, quality assurance/quality monitoring, storage migration and other services.

Must to have experience:
Call Recording 5+ years experience
Interaction Analytics 3+ years experience
NICE Engage and/or Verint I360 2+ years experience
NICE Nexidia and/or Verint Speech Analytics 2+ years experience
Hitachi HCP or StorageGrid 1+ year experience
Contact Center solutions for large Enterprise 5+ years experience
Cloud storage integration 1+ year experience
Agile Kanban methodology 3+ years experience
MSSQL Server Administration 5+ years experience
Windows Server Administration 5+ years experience
Linux RHEL 8 Server Administration 5+ years experience
Bash/Korn shell scripting 2+ years experience
