Job Description
Part of the team that will...
A. Provide strategic direction on planning, operationalization and management to meet set objectives, goals, and work plan in optimizing the use of NTG assets / POs to support Save-to-Grow (S2G) CAPEX efficiency track on capital spending savings or avoidance for Mobile,Wired and EG/SG business units;
B. Strengthen inventory demand verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conduct inventory analysis and forecasting for the manufacturing, delivery and warehouse utilization, keeping to minimum the number of warehouses and manage asset write-offs from acquisition until end-of-useful-life (EUL) to decrease in support for a more favorable EBITDA year-on-year and manufacturing / delivery coordination
C. Define performance metrics for the inventory management and contol measurement for timely material availability, days of inventory, safety stocks maintenance, delivery lead time per vendor, etc.
Helps the team in the following areas:
1. Baseline Setting & Change Management, Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting
2. Warehouse Space Planning and Forecasting
3. PO Delivery Planning and Forecasting
4. Inventory / PO Allocation / Re-Allocation
5. PO Utilization Governance & Reporting
6. Handling of Outbuild Programs and Special Projects
7. Data Analysis and Reporting
DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews the Program build plan and corresponding BOQs to ensure completeness and checks for the accuracy of the materials requested. Allocates material per quarter build requirement and schedule. Implement this using the defined process.
- Re-allocates the materials based on prioritization and when there is a need.
- Implements existing process and policies and check for any non-compliance which may impact the achievement of the KPIs, provide analysis and recommendation and report Consequence Management Committee
Conducts cadences with the Agile Squads and Vendors and facilitate discussions on the following:
• Build status and any possible changes (delays or advancement in the scope of work, change in solution, etc.)
• Delivery status from the vendors
• Status of the pull-out vis-à-vis plans
• Resolution of issues
• Changes in the strategies
- Conducts analysis on the actual pullouts vis-à-vis planned build and provide heads up to the Agile Squads and make decisions on the whether to re-allocation or retain reservation until approved PCR is provided.
- Review the build schedule status vis-à-vis stock on hand and upcoming delivery and trigger release of the PO when necessary.
- Review the whole year requirement vis-à-vis progress of the build and recommend for additional or advance purchases if necessary, with the proponents to ensure healthy stock level.
- Review the build and where the materials (i.e., Luzon, Visayas, etc.) are needed and recommend for possible change in the delivery location. Facilitate the implementation of any change in accordance to approved processes and policies.
- Review requirements outside build (i.e. restoration, VIP complaints, events, etc.) and its impact, check for replenishment and update concerned stakeholders for proper actions (i.e., de-prioritization, issue PR, allocation, etc.) in collaboration with PIMC section. Facilitate replenishment with the proponents if necessary.
- Review the Project Change Requests (PCR) for validity and analyze trigger of the change (i.e., change in solution, permitting, property owner, etc.), its impact to the build in terms of schedule, cost and quality and to the inventory (i.e., advance/delay delivery, trigger new PO, re-allocate for interim, etc.).
- Implement reservation validity extension or do the reallocation when necessary and applicable.
- Review existing policies and provide recommendations for any updates or changes if necessary.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to PPMS head
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management

• Graduate of Engineering course, preferably ECE, EE or CE
