Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding and product training to new hires and new and existing customers.
• Preparing & delivering clear and concise training on Glue Up's SaaS product offerings to customers.
• Analyze data to develop training initiatives to accommodate customer needs.
• Develop employee training programs like new employee onboarding, management training programs and corporate compliance training.
• Develop online learning content using Articulate suite of editing tools (Storyline, Rise, etc.)
• Develop live and virtual learning content using PowerPoint and other Office 365 applications.
• Manage LMS functions.
• Design and manage the content, data architecture, and UI of the web-based help site.
• Create and update technical articles and other technical learning documentation.
• Provide best in class customer service by responding timely and accurately to customer’s needs that focuses on first time resolutions.
• Report weekly progress to the Senior Director of Training and Customer Success.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Information Technology, HR, Instructional Design, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years’ experience in needs analysis, content design, development, and delivery
• 2+ years’ in a management role preferred
• SaaS experience; training on software platforms and organizing training content for customers.
• Strong training skills
• Ability to work well in a group environment and across all departments.
• Willingness to jump in and take on new tasks to support multiple teams.
• Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
• Strong systems analysis and technical systems skills.

We are currently looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant while our current EA is out on leave. The Executive Assistant will support our senior leadership. We are a growing SaaS company in Tysons Corner. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. They will have previous experience... working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, a sharp analytical sense, a startup mindset and should be able to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done. Must be able to work with a diverse team, as we are a global company!
Responsibilities:
• Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
• Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, data input, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 4 years experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
• Ability to keep company confidences
