Responsibilities:
• Oversee sales planning and development to ensure that each sales person meets/exceeds their sales target
• Create plans and best practices for working with channel partners to identify and develop new sales opportunities amongst their clients and prospect
• Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicating with select individuals regularly
• Recruit and retain “A” Players by means of effective coaching, training, and mentoring programs
• Apply leadership and individual contribution in the qualifying, closing, and onboarding of accounts
• Assist sales team members in identifying ways to cross sell and upsell accounts across the board,
• Develop strategies to grow and develop top accounts, maximizing and maintaining positive and proactive relationships with those accounts to increase usage

• High energy with personal drive
