Responsibilities for valuation analyst...
• Valuation Services Analysts work on a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, tax appraisals, intellectual property valuations, and dispute consulting
• Performance of in-depth research of capital markets, industries and competitors analyses of target companies, in terms of market strength, strategic fit, and business model / business plans
• Review of suitability of purchaser candidates business plans for the Divestment Business
• We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Industrial Valuation team in Hong Kong
• Broaden your valuation expertise with Fair Value valuations for different purposes using market-, income-, and cost-approach
• Participate in Property Owner Contact
• Participate in the Research and Confirmation of Sales
• Participate in the data analysis
• Perform valuation services
• Perform and maintain appropriate and professional client contact with CEOs, presidents, COOs, CFOs, controllers, accounting and finance teams, and legal counsel
Qualifications for valuation analyst
• Experience in CRE and Residential loan portfolio valuation a plus
• In depth understanding of complex financial model valuation concepts -SABR, LMM, Hull White
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Staff Accountant, preferably with a public accounting or consulting firm
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and/or tax returns
• Motivated to perform creative research and quickly get familiar with trends and characteristics related to new client ventures and various industries
• Ability to work on assignments in a fast-paced, tight deadline scenario
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $37.65 per hour
