The Partner Sales team is responsible for driving sustainable business growth according to annual local goals by managing the relationship between Google and a designated portfolio of partner organizations. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will manage a holistic view of channel business in North America and will be responsible for developing a channel capacity as well as a business plan, working closely with different teams within the Google Maps and Google Cloud organization. You will enable and leverage business partners sales activities, managing partner business issues and concerns, displaying knowledge in various business management and sales disciplines, and lead partners towards a sustainable business. In this role, you will drive business growth and customer value by being partner-centric in all activities, serving as an ambassador and advocate for partners within Google, and accurately representing Google within the partners’ organization. You will establish and maintain the business execution with Google’s partners and ensure that joint business growth and metrics are set and met or exceeded.

Responsibilities
• Orchestrate Google resources to support capacity planning and partner recruitment activities to develop a long-term scalable channel model.
• Lead business plans with partners establishing mutual agreements around marketing, readiness/skills development, and sales. Monitor progress and establish corrective actions.
• Drive execution across activities and mutual goals, including investment coordination, lead generation activities, readiness, and certification of technical and sales resources. Maintain view of return on Google’s and partner’s investments.
• Develop account plans for partners and jointly identify business opportunities, focus areas, and sales/marketing initiatives. Enable and drive partners in closing agreements and advancing business.
• Work with partners to maintain healthy pipelines as indicated by velocity and coverage ratio vs. established business goals. Organize pipeline reviews and reviews for large opportunities with partner sales teams to identify best practices and learnings.
