Project Office Manager, Commission for Energy Regulation
Role Purpose:
To provide project office management to a number of mission critical projects in the CER. The Project Office Manager leads the development, maintenance and communication of the Project Office within the CER. There will be a need to directly manage PM Processes, and make decisions based on your judgment in relation to smaller projects in conjunction with CER Senior Management. A knowledge of and ability to support the interaction between the suite of major projects and wider business planning, resource management and strategic planning is... important.
The Project Office also has responsibility for the Information Technology function in CER and Ideally the candidate would have a level of IT experience such that they could manage the IT function in CER. The day to day operations has been outsourced but the overall management of the function is the responsibility of the Programme Manager. This includes developing and implementing the IT Strategy Plan, development and management of the budgets, procurement for all software and hardware including licences, security of the systems, backup and disaster recovery and management of the outsourced management company. The environment consists of 12 servers and 70 laptops and desktops.

Job Summary
The Creative Communities Engagement Officer will be a key member of the Culture and Creativity team responsible for engaging proactively with relevant directorates and personnel, internal and external.
