This Product Trainer role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.As a Product Trainer, youll be an expert on the GovQA platform, and a key partner in the successful training initiatives across the United States. Your role is key to the complete customer life cycle, starting as early as pre-sale, by facilitating monthly webinars to educate current and prospective customers about the capabilities of our public records software, and ending with collaboration with our Training Team Lead and Sr Tech Writer in creation of content that can be accessed through our LMS post-implementation.Your role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and facilitation of all GovQA training curriculum. This includes, but is not limited to, presentations, webinars, scripts, videos, and collaboration on... supporting documentation.During customer implementations, your role will support Implementation Consultants, Project Manager, Sr Technical Writer and the Training Team Lead to ensure the GovQA customer is provided with training best suited for their implementation. This Implementation Consultant role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.
As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be an expert on the GovQA Platform and a key partner in the successful implementation of Legislative Management projects for new client projects and existing customers upgrading or adding to their system. Implementation Consultants work with our most established public sector clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of Granicus SaaS products. Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role. Candidates should bring a consultative approach and a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure client success.
During customer implementations, your role will collaborate with Technical Consultants and Trainers to ensure the GovQA customer is provided with an implementation best suited for them.

• Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch
• Maintain project plans including status, issues and opportunities for assigned implementations
• Advocate and evangelize “best practices” to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients

This Product Trainer role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.
As a Product Trainer, you'll be an expert on the GovQA platform, and a key partner in the successful training initiatives across the United States. Your role is key to the complete customer life cycle, starting as early as pre-sale, by facilitating monthly webinars to educate current and prospective customers about the capabilities of our public records software, and ending with collaboration with our Training Team Lead and Sr Tech Writer in creation of content that can be accessed through our LMS post-implementation.

This Product Trainer role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' GovQA product family and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.
As a Product Trainer, you'll be an expert on the GovQA platform, and a key partner in the successful training initiatives across the United States. Your role is key to the complete customer life cycle, starting as early as pre-sale, by facilitating monthly webinars to educate current and prospective customers about the capabilities of our public records software, and ending with collaboration with our Training Team Lead and Sr Tech Writer in creation of content that can be accessed through our LMS post-implementation.
Your role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and facilitation of all GovQA training curriculum. This includes, but is not limited to, presentations, webinars, scripts, videos, and collaboration on supporting documentation.
During customer implementations, your role will support Implementation Consultants, Project Manager, Sr Technical Writer and the Training Team Lead to ensure the GovQA customer is provided with training best suited for their implementation. Additionally, you will participate in State and County Enterprise Implementations in addition to the monthly webinars and customer training conferences.
What your impact will look like here
• Master the GovQA Product Family Platform - you'll be an internal expert on the product
• Create training plans and facilitate training sessions for Semi-Annual Training Conferences
• Train and enable customers to utilize the GovQA Public Records Software via online training sessions
• Facilitate webinars for current and prospective customers
• Provides additional consulting and training services as need arises
• Proactively improve and design training resources and collateral for clients and internal peers
• Identifies and troubleshoots training environment challenges and escalates as appropriate
• Work closely with Project Managers that interface with customers alongside you - to advise on progress and share ideas
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members
• Interact with both internal team members and external customers (end-users)
• Ensure training deadlines are met and produce on-time project deliverables
Security Requirement
• Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
