• Utilizing proper procedures and documentation in handling the following: comps, room charges, credit cards, officer's checks and coupons
• Proper required identification and authorization
• As the guests depart, thank them for dining in our restaurant and extend an invitation to dine with us again
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum of one year experience in a same or similar role in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
