QLP: GQ Quality Laboratory Practices (QLP) serves as the GLP Quality Assurance Unit which inspects and audits each nonclinical laboratory safety study to assure quality and compliance with Good Laboratory Practice and other applicable regulations and departmental procedures. Audits of internal processes critical to the conduct of nonclinical laboratory studies and contract research organizations used for the conduct of GLP studies are also responsibilities of GQ-QLP as well as assisting stakeholders with regulatory advice and preparation for regulatory agency inspections.
Principal Objective of the Position
Thisis an auditing position where knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework, regulatory requirements, processes, systems and procedures matures. More independence is gained inevaluating preclinical operations against regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, identifying areas of noncompliance, and recommending appropriate remedial actions.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
• Continue to develop an in-depth knowledge of governmental regulations which impact upon the research and development of medicines as well as the most relevant Bristol Myers Squibb Company policies and procedures associated with preclinical research
• Conduct Good Laboratory Practices audits and inspections of preclinical studies for the purpose of assessing compliance with governmental regulations and established operating procedures:
• Review study protocols, amendments and deviations.
• Schedule and conduct inspections of study activities.
• Prepare and submit written reports of these inspections to study director and management.
• Audit final reports and raw data for these studies.
• Perform Good Laboratory Practice systems audits at various BMS sites and/or functional areas, as well as at contract research organizations, for the purpose of assessing regulatory compliance:
• Compile documentation in preparation for the audit.
• Prepare clearly written, accurate, and evidence-based audit reports to effectively communicate the audit findings to the auditees and management.
• Review and assess corrective action plans and follow-up on the resolution of audit findings.
• Keep clear and detailed documentation on every audit planned, performed and followed.
• Regularly update the GQ-QLP audit database, generate, review and maintain required reports (e.g., master schedule, findings reports, etc.). Perform trending analysis of findings as required.
• Assist in the preparation of departmental standard operating procedures.
• Participate in preparation and conduct of regulatory training (e.g., GLP training) of personnel involved in the conduct of preclinical studies.
• Provide assistance to other GQ-QLP personnel during inspections by regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, USDA, etc.).
• Conduct other audits or investigations of regulatory concern as directed by management (e.g., Animal Welfare Practices, Controlled Substances, etc.)

The Manager of Social Media will collaborate with the GQ Sports editorial teams to... cover important live tentpoles or breaking news or major cultural events in the editorial calendar, manage the team responsible for day-to-day posting, report on audience insights and performance to the wider team, and will be a key stakeholder in conversations about how to cover sports on social.
They will work very closely with talent and creative teams to develop new social-first storytelling with athletes, leagues, teams, and more. They’ll collaborate with the GQ Sports video team to ideate, produce, and iterate on new social series that drive audience engagement and growth.
Ideal candidates will be a strong communicator, able to manage brand growth goals, pitch creative concepts, and should understand and be able to clearly communicate the GQ Sports voice and identity. Along with a passion for storytelling and attention to detail, the candidate must have in-depth social media experience and a proven history of growing social audiences (preferably for a notable sports brand or publication). They must have a deep enthusiasm and strong understanding of the sports world, with the ability to tell unique and nuanced stories about the culture’s biggest athletes across multiple social platforms through the GQ lens. They should have an instinct for what’s on (and off) brand, an eye for powerful visuals, understand how data can inform a smart editorial and social strategy, and be an expert at juggling multiple projects, managing deadlines, distilling social numbers into actionable insights, and advocating for strong social content across the organization.
The Manager will report to the Director of Audience Development for GQ, but the GQ Sports Director, Global Director of Content Strategy and the Associate Director of Social Creative for GQ Sports on the video team will be key collaborators.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and more.
• Master the GQ Sports editorial voice and help to translate it to social media in engaging ways.
• Work closely with editorial stakeholders to roll out big stories, cover tentpole live moments, breaking news, and major cultural events on social.
• Work with sales to deliver on sponsorships via social posts
• Work with the video team to develop a slate of social-first video series for GQ Sports platforms
• Build creative assets for various social platforms when necessary
• Coordinate with editors and publicists to ensure talent promotion and collaboration on social
• Report on content performance and present social insights and best practices to the wider GQ Sports and GQ team.
• Brainstorm new ideas and plan rollout strategies for testing.
• Make daily recommendations to, and work closely with, the editorial and video teams
• Adjust social strategy according to KPI pacing and report on any wins and losses.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of social media experience (preferably at a sports or media brand)
• Passionate about social media and sports
• Positive team player and an enthusiastic work ethic
• Familiarity with GQ Sport’s content, tone and voice
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of social media analytics and experience optimizing content
• Strong editorial judgment
