Grounds For Sculpture is seeking seasonal, part time (up to 25 hours per week) Public Safety to join our team. Public Safety proposes, institutes, and oversees the safety and security procedures and protocols for Grounds For Sculpture. They are responsible for the security within the park and the safety of our patrons and staff on a day-to-day basis and in any emergency situation.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Acts as in-house first responder in case of any park emergencies (disruptive patrons, medical emergencies, traffic congestion, emergency vehicle in-take, contacting 911, if appropriate etc.)
• Serve as an ambassador for Grounds For Sculpture to help foster a culture of inclusion for all members, donors, volunteers, and guests.
• Maintains a CPR/AED certification at all times and is able to administer defibrillator assistance
• Acts as First Responder and administers first aid
• Assists with monitoring the park during large rental events as needed (may involve late evening hours)
• Record and maintain accident and incident reports
• Coordinates with Guest Services Managers daily to plan for groups, visitor issues, and events
• Coordinates with Guest Services to organize parking and traffic control
• Assists with lost and found items and maintaining a lost and found log
• Patrol the park on a regular basis to oversee security and safety of our patrons and to maintain a friendly presence in the park for patrons who may need assistance All other duties as assigned
Requirements

The Graphic Designer adheres to established brand standards and visual identities while bringing a fresh contemporary perspective. They are also responsible for assisting in the implementation of the overall marketing and audience development plan for Grounds For Sculpture. The emphasis of this position is on graphic design for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and production of collateral marketing materials for GFS including postcards, flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
Serve as an ambassador for Grounds For Sculpture to help foster a culture of inclusion for all members, donors, volunteers, and guests.
Design and production for print and digital advertising.
Works with vendors to submit orders and ensure timely (deadline oriented) delivery, and seeks estimates, including creation and dissemination of RFQ's as required.
