Essential Job Functions (include The Following)
• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins in an accurate and timely manner.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Participate in training and development activities to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication available to complete all orders.
• Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order. May assist in physical inventory.
• Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.
• Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and orderly workstation. Put medications away and replenish all stock supplies needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications.
• Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed
Education And Certifications
• High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements)
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB)
Skills And Qualifications
• 1+ years of related experience (technical knowledge/skills may substitute for experience)
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire about inaccuracies

You are
A skilled professional with expertise in operational management as well as sales support/enablement, preferably in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space.

You will
Assist the PEO Channel Director by being engaged in project work and specialty market cases to support successful PEO sales and growth in the market. As Guardian evolves in the space, you will serve as a sponsor for the PEO area. You will identify, develop, lead, manage or support key pivotal initiatives that support PEO channel strategy and be customer focused by using existing processes, and cultivating key internal and external relationships. You will have the following responsibilities:
- Point of contact for internal PEO relationships and demonstrate deep industry knowledge fostering confidence and trust
- Monitor channel performance via financial reporting, sales persistency, and operational reporting
- Identify trends in the PEO industry that align with Guardian solutions and lead initiatives to drive additional growth
- Assist in a comprehensive channel strategy by evaluating capability gaps, value proposition, and service models
- Collaborate with distribution and client management teams to design and implement growth strategies for targeted partners
- Build & maintain ongoing sales & evaluation process and characteristics of desirable partners, standard processes, tools and templates, etc., business case development and execution
- Assist in developing and managing annual business plan aligned with strategic, financial, and operational functions to monitor and share channel metrics
- Launch the channel strategy by developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators and identifying efficiencies and technical alignment opportunities
- Maintain strategic needs including driving project initiatives for PEO strategy by assisting in the creation of, and ongoing updates for, LEAN business cases for strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain marketing toolkit for PEOs while driving continued improvement and enhancement to PEO capabilities
- Act as a channel advocate/champion by conducting internal presentations and enhancing strategy awareness
- Assist with marketing designs and sales enablement to build appropriate communication tools, useful intelligence, and training for field distribution on finding opportunities
- Assist in the development of cross departmental training needs within a PEO
- Assist in the evaluation of new potential partners or customers
You have
The success of the role will heavily depend on building strong and trusted partnerships with all areas of the Group Benefits organization. You must work with and influence peer groups and individuals with specific functional expertise. It will be vital to build consensus through persuasive presentation of well-developed, rational business cases, complete with supporting information, impact analysis, and success metrics. A key responsibility lies in the ability to influence and manage people over whom there is no direct authority. The candidate must develop a thorough understanding of distribution, operations, risk management, and applicable regulations for all market segments, including both industry practice standards and Guardian process and systems.

Salary Range
$93,200.00 - $173,080.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
