Wordpress Website Hacked (Ongoing Server Security Needed)

One website has been hacked. I noticed that sometimes when I am able to access wp-admin that I can re-install Wordpress and it resolves the issue. I've changed cpanel passwords but not luck because it will eventually happen again. What ive noticed... -Attempt to login every 5-10 minutes -Keeps installing a 'Post Layout' plugin -Implementing random files, -Editing htaccess Need to resolve this ASAP, AND have somebody on call for any issues like One website has been hacked.
