Media Planning & Execution:

• Be accountable for reaching targeted client objectives, KPI's, deadlines, budgets, etc.
• Oversee and manage client requests, in partnership with Client Services, to ensure client satisfaction on campaign delivery and performance is met (i.e. plan changes, budget changes, QBRs, etc.)
• Ensure team members are providing Client Services with campaign insights, reporting and optimization recommendations, and input on regular reporting documents

Position Requirements:
• You have a minimum 6-8 years' experience in the media planning and media buying with a focus on digital media
• You have a minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a healthcare or pharma focused advertising agency or relevant client experience
• You have prior experience in multichannel campaigns management (Display, Mobile, Programmatic, etc.)
• You have experience within Ad Exchange platforms (i.e., Google, Facebook, etc.)
• You are familiar with the rules and regulations of the FDA for pharmaceutical advertising

• Successfully troubleshoots and resolves Help Desk tickets as they are logged into the database by any appropriate means: phone support, in person, or remotely
• Re-images, configures, personalizes, tests, and deploys computer equipment to employees
• Maintains accurate inventory of deployed equipment and/or area of responsibility
• Works on special projects as assigned by management
• When necessary, recognizes the need to escalate a problem to the next level of support or

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management
• Designs and implements social media strategies that align with business goals
• Meets client and division objectives and works with Social Account Coordinators and Social Assistants to report on campaign ROI, channel and post-performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Keeps up-to-date with emerging trends and changing social media technologies, working closely with Social Account Coordinators and Social Assistants to implement said trends and technologies where applicable for clients
• Manages and implements a monthly content calendar across platforms (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, as applicable)
• Works with Associate Vice President to Implement effective paid placements that drive account growth and ecommerce for the brands.
• Oversees Social Media accounts' design (e.g. timeline covers, profile pictures, bio and descriptions)
• Works with Creative teams to maintain a critical eye over content quality and brand tone
• Research industry trends to help the team develop engaging content
• Assists Associate Vice President with incremental account growth opportunities, new business proposals, and improvement or growth of divisional service offerings

Reporting and Analysis
• Manages client reporting and recommendations
• Develops monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports that bring qualitative and quantitative analysis to clients’ social channels and HF social programs.
• Defines KPIs to measures success across social campaigns
• Creates competitive audits to merchandise to current and prospective clients including share of voice
• Develops benchmarks and forecasts metrics goals for all clients’ social media channels measured against organic and paid strategy, seasonality and campaigns
• Helps to identify novel and relevant applications for social media program measurement and brings

those applications to the forefront for consideration of their fit within our company’s measurement repertoire
• Works with social media and digital leadership to help evolve agency metrics processes and techniques
• Works with account teams to provide analysis of social landscape and audience buzz volume, frequency, velocity, demographics, and related dimensions
• Trains and oversees account team members to assist in analysis, reporting, content calendar implementation, channel management, and client services
• Research, interview, write, edit, and update reports for clients about trends, issues and opportunities in measurement trends and technology

Team Management/Mentoring
• Acts as a liaison between Associate Vice President, creatives and account team members; problem solves as needed
• Works seamlessly with team to bring content and creative strategy to life (this may include reviewing copy to ensure strategic alignment and creative elevation)

Agency Contributions
• Participates in agency’s programs
• Contributes positively to the agency culture, atmosphere and values and exudes a positive outlook on his/her team. Establishes professional and respectful relationships with staff

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required

Experience required:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands on experience as Social Media Manager in digital or social media, preferably across multiple channels or brands
• Experience measuring and monitoring social media and a strong understanding of Social channel analytics and best practices.
• Extensive experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and managing client budgets.
• Experience with prior team management preferable

Skills & Abilities Required

Excellent communications, account management, and presentation skills. Capable of creating and implementing a process-oriented experience. Likes to stay current and know what is trending online before anyone else. Can maintain balance between understanding social media cultures and developing professional but effective social media programs. Ability to think in a quantitative and qualitative manner and follow successful workflows and processes.
