Identify elements of design that require testing, define testing methodology, lead user testing and iteration, and synthesize tests’ findings into design priorities. Design research on UX best practices and trends in media. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of role-specific experience. Understanding of UX principles, particularly in support of content, personalization, and paywall solutions. Understanding of design trends in a media environment. In-depth knowledge of UX tools: Figma and/or Sketch and Axure. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and agile processes. Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication skills Excitement and confidence to advocate for UX principles throughout the organization.
