Enova has several different consumer and small business lending brands, each with their own unique offerings and customer requirements. As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an expert in one particular brand over the course of our 3 week training program. Once you hit the main contact center floor, you will primarily be responsible for providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers.

• Answer inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have
• Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educate them on our products and services

• Find solutions for customers who are past due on their account to get them back up to date
• Follow up with customers via email and answer any questions that they may have
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information of customer interactions
• Move existing customers through various stages of delinquency with a proficiency to brings loans to a current status
• Follow all collection laws and legal practice
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Aptitude to express empathy and patience while discussing sensitive issues
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, independently problem solve, and effectively handle changing situations
• The drive to exceed your goals in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required
• Prior experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA practices
