What you will do in this role:
• You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments regarding the health status of the patient, following standards of care and disease-specific protocols.

• You will provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.

What Qualifications You Will Need:
• Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.

General Responsibilities

1) Board Governance: Works with the NHA Board to fulfill the Northland Health Alliance (NHA) mission.

Monitor the health status of current residents through assessments and care conferences scheduled quarterly or more frequently as required.
