The role offers you an excellent career launching pad, and you will join a dynamic, dedicated, and awesome team! As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities through inbound marketing leads.
In this role, your primary responsibility is to generate meetings for our sales team using information provided by the Marketing team.You will be based out of our office in St.
Petersburg, Florida and report into our Demand Generation Manager, Adrian.
Start date is immediate (February 2023).Your day-to-day Qualify and develop inbound leads for Heimdal's business solutions and respond to product enquiries Complete, accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce; Ensuring that our CRM is complete and up-to-date Monitor meeting progress with the sales team and requalify the cases that regress Maximize meetings output by developing and managing inbound leads via a win-back program on lost leads Provide feedback to the marketing team based on inbound activity observations in order to help improve the GTM performance Maintain a high standard of monitoring and reporting across the inbound funnel KPIs - from MQLs to calls, emails, LinkedIn, SQLs, SALs.
Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the potential customer with the Account Executives Utilize sales automation solutions (such as Outreach and Lusha) to automate communications with prospects Utilize tools such as Aircall, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha Have an in-depth understanding of Heimdal's products in order to respond to queries Learn and stay up to date with the technical capabilities and benefits of the Heimdal platform and products Work closely with the marketing team to follow-up on inbound marketing leads, attract attendees for Heimdal webinars and trade shows Use Account-based (ABM) insights and intent data to conduct informed outbound activity whenever time permits outside the inbound activity Help Heimdal develop processes in order to increase efficiency of the sales cycle and user experience Perform other duties as assigned in order to support sales and marketingAttributesWe're a bunch of awesome, energetic, and dedicated colleagues, and hope you are too! Previous experience in IT/Cyber security is a plus.

Other languages are a plus.
