Additionally, the manager will support regional growth strategies, outreach efforts for the promotion of new physicians and facilities, earned & paid community media, and support market-based community relations alongside key partners across the campuses, market and health system. This position reports to the Director of Regional Public Relations & Communications Strategy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field, required.
• Seven (7) or more years experience in public relations, with increasing responsibility.
• Exceptional oral, written and digital communication skills.
• Must have excellent people skills works extremely well with a broad cross-section of leaders.
• Must be a critical thinker, able to distill and communication complex medical and other concepts across broad audiences.
• Must be guided by a passion for storytelling, natural curiosity and a collaborative client partner orientation.
• Able to manage multiple projects accounts and complex issues with an orientation to innovation, creativity and attention to detail and accuracy.
