It’s with that in mind, that Hireology is looking to add a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team... Reporting to the Director of Growth & Operations, you’ll own the creation and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) for Hireology’s suite of products. You’ll transform how our internal and external stakeholders understand and communicate Hireology’s value. You’ll be excited about this role if you are a self-starter, believe in the importance of deep customer empathy, have past success owning cross-functional projects, and are motivated by driving meaningful transformation to the business.

Product Marketing Strategies & Execution:
• Develop the GTM strategy for new and existing products
• Execute cross-functional product launches and marketing strategies (sales, marketing, customer success)
• Own and iterate on product marketing strategies to drive product revenue (e.g. packaging, pricing, personas, and positioning)
• Own the customer adoption strategy for new and existing products across the customer journey

Customer Insights, Segmentation, and Positioning:
• A deep understanding of Hireology’s customers and product offerings
• Refine Hireology’s personas and value propositions across the customer journey
• Interact with customers to inform product marketing strategies and positioning
• Remain up to date and create collateral on customer insights and competitive intelligence
• Work closely with the Product team to close the feedback loop on GTM efforts

Enablement:
• Create sales and CS product enablement (e.g.product positioning, value statements, personas, competitive collateral, customer insights, market trends)
• Bring enablement materials to life by working closely with the Sales Trainer for training facilitation
• Work with Sales and CS leaders to create resources to support their efforts

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience
• Experience with getting buy-in and successfully running cross-functional projects and working closely with product partners
• Knowledge of current trends in SaaS sales and customer success methodologies and best practices
• Experience implementing and/or leveraging effective product marketing enablement tools such as Guru, Showpad, Reprise, etc.
• Past experience in positioning in a multi-product and multi-market environment.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once
• Be comfortable presenting product content and enablement in front of large groups and leading webinars and keynotes
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to build trust with and motivate others

The Receptionist is a key member of the People team and represents our employee service provider and will be the face of Hireology.

We’ve grown exponentially and to continue to foster our growth, we’re seeking a highly motivated individual with incredible organization and attention to detail skills to fulfill employee needs for administrative support and client service.

As our Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:
• Overseeing our office space to ensure everything from the kitchen to the conference rooms are in tip-top shape every day. You’re responsible for making sure everything is tidy and stocked.
• Maintaining conference room calendars and scheduling needs, answering phones, greeting and touring visitors, assisting with events and catering orders, managing inventory and stocking of office supplies.
• Answering many different questions and fulfilling requests for things every day, including requests for our Hireology employees, business guests, vendors, and customers.
• Serve as a company culture evangelist. You’ll be a curator of our company culture through employee engagement initiatives and you’ll find ways to deliver WOW moments for our team and visitors whenever possible.
• You’ll serve as Hireology’s office expert; a utility player that proactively adjusts to shifting priorities, steps in wherever needed and responds positively to any and all inquiries/concerns.

So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? We have a unique culture here at Hireology, and the person who will be successful in this role will be:
• Willing to tackle any job: You have to be willing to own the small tasks (emptying the dishwasher, restocking inventory, office space cleanup, etc.) while understanding the impact these tasks contribute to Hireology
• Obsessed with details: With so much going on, you need to be hyper-focused on the details and extremely organized to ensure that our office functions efficiently and nothing slips through the cracks
• Service-oriented builder of relationships: You’re serving nearly 250 employees on a daily basis, and providing excellent “No Assholes” service is required
• Strong communicator: You’ll be working with internal and external stakeholders, it is imperative that you are a strong and effective communicator
• Person of integrity: Not negotiable in this role or any at Hireology

Immediately adjacent to the vibrant city of Chicago and housed within a modernized urban AZA accredited zoo with extensive community history, this ~650 animal, ~175 species population has hoofed animals, megavertebrates, marine mammals, carnivores, non-human primates, birds, herptiles, and limited fish and invertebrates. The Associate Veterinarian is a member of a strong... clinical and preventive medicine program supervised and managed by the Dr. Lester E. Fisher Director of Veterinary Services who is ACZM and ECZM board certified and Senior Associate Veterinarian who is ACZM board certified; supported by four certified veterinary technicians, a hospital keeper/veterinary assistant and a pre-veterinary intern; includes an ACZM-compliant and ECZM-approved endowed veterinary residency; and is augmented by the University of Illinois Zoological Pathology Program which provides ACVP service to zoos and aquariums based in Chicago. On site library and literature management provides access to all ACZM and ECZM required study texts.

The Associate Veterinarian is primarily responsible for clinical veterinary procedures and records across this program. Increasing autonomy is expected following on-boarding period and department tenure, including support to shipment and quarantine procedures. Due to the active residency program, this position requires ACZM board certification within three (3) years of hire. If not yet board-certified, Associate Veterinarian will be given direct, indirect, or combination of support to achieve this goal. License fees required for this position and conference or continuing education attendance to maintain these licenses will be supported as combination of financial support or administrative leave. Conference presentations or posters will be expected when these events are attended.

Applicants must hold a DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program, or have a degree and examination combination that permits licensure in Illinois as required within ninety (90) days of hire. Federal accreditation in Illinois will be obtained once employment commences. Applicants should have minimally completed three (3) years of clinical experience with preference given to zoo, aquarium, wildlife, or private zoological specialty practices; or internship or residency training in these specialties.

Screening interviews will be scheduled in July 2023 with on-site interviews in August or September 2023. Employment commencement date is late October to mid-November 2023. It includes paid leave as personal time (32 hours/yr), holiday time (10 days), and accrued vacation time with seniority. A full suite of benefits is offered including: medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability coverages as well as a retirement savings plan (403b) and match. Compensation will be offered commensurate with experience and desired background for the position at $75,000-85,000/yr.
