We’re looking for an amazing Business Intelligence (BI) Report Developer to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. The BI Report Developer is a member of the Crew Management Reporting, Analytics and Solutions Team within the Crew Operations organization and is responsible for fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests and for creating operational reports to support the delivery of information to our core clients. This position spends a majority of their time in hands-on, task-oriented, report development referencing report requirements documentation.  This position meets frequently with business owners to discuss needs and effectively communicate technical solutions at a business level.

Responsibilities
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications
• Works collaboratively to design, build, deploy, and maintain BI solutions (ad-hoc reports, scorecards, dashboards, automated reports, and other visualizations) using a variety of reporting platforms, including SQL, PowerBI, and Excel

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel. Tableau and SSRS experience are a nice to haves, but not required
• 5 years Business Analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of SQL queries and PowerBI. Intermediate-level competency with Excel. Experience with SharePoint integrations is a plus, but not required
• Expertise in the design, development, and formatting of tabular reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards with drilldown capability. With an emphasis on delivering polished and formatted reports
• Detail-oriented thinker exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while being pro-active in keeping their management informed of project related issues 
• Familiarity with iterative development and Agile Scrum practices  
• Experience with supporting testing phases with users
• Experience with version control, preferably BitBucket
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Prior experience with data governance, auditing

Work Shifts

After training, your assigned work shift will be 10:30am -7:00pm (your local time) weekdays. This may vary based on company needs.
