We grew out of small mall-based stores and now have a nation-wide e-commerce presence, deliver nationwide, wholesale some of the biggest furniture brands regionally, and have some retail presence.
A smile and a bright attitude are a must, while the individual performs the following roles:
- Coordination of deliveries and logistics between manufacturer, warehouse, and customer.
- Provide information to customers and sales personnel as needed - Enter data into the system (need moderate/proficient typing skills) - trouble shoot issues, assist customers in warranty claims.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Assist with office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on different challenges daily! - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
