Following scripted shows & consignment requests, the Product Coordinators pull and prep all of these items, and transport them to the studio(s) to go on-air or to be used in video and print media.
We have four areas within Showroom: a Receiving team who processes into inventory all of the samples, a Show Support team that pulls and preps all of the samples, a Imaging Support team that handles sample requests for HSN.com, and an Inventory team who handles the exiting of samples when their life cycle is done.

An understanding of time sensitive display products that need longer prep times. The ability to compare the Long Description of the product to the actual product to maintain the quality standards set forth by QVC/HSN. This includes checking the basic functions of the product, the included accessories, and any other descriptions sited in the LD. This includes starting up electronics and testing functionality and placing items needing to be charged in designated areas.
• SITE SPECIFIC QVC: Places orders for new samples from the appropriate distribution site when products are incomplete, quantity necessary for the show is not in location and product is damaged or in poor condition. Decide on best shipping method to meet show deadline and reduce courier expenses.
• SITE SPECIFIC QVC: Contacts buyers/vendors by email when products are not available in the distribution sites or they are last minute additions to the show. Coordinate delivery of exception buyer samples.
• Identify show items in New Receipts and coordinate efforts to receive and prep product with new receipts processor or receive and prep product when no assistance is available. Knowledge of the product locator system for proper location assignment.
• Research through company appropriate system when products are missing from location. Notify Team Lead that samples need to be retrieved from consignees. Requires a working knowledge of backstage and studio functions.
• Notifies team lead of all product issues.
