Our Web Graphic Designer will work and collaborate with the entire... team at Praella to support in delivery and fulfillment of web development and marketing projects, tasks, and objectives for our clients. This includes but is not limited to supporting clients and our team with marketing and e-commerce projects, launches, brand identity, ongoing support, digital campaigns and more. The primary goal is to build great looking websites that convert well, follow web guidelines through frameworks and achieve client satisfaction and objectives.The person in this role must possess great attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as a go-getter mentality. He or she must be service-oriented and have a positive attitude around the office and with clients, with appreciation towards deadlines, business operations, business realities and continuous growth.Responsibilities:- Drive the design and user experience direction for both stand alone web projects and continual improvement and optimization for ongoing marketing clients - Carry out design of web projects from concept to completion while adhering to brand standards and scope objectives- Maintain and enhance existing projects by adding and improving design and UX features- Build designs that conform with updated web standards including pre-defined design frameworks, e-commerce best practices and more- Further ensure that all coding standards are met, optimizing the web architectures for navigability and accessibility, mobile responsiveness and other standards- Make sure that all client issues are addressed with the highest client satisfaction- Participate in project kick-off calls, design calls and regular client communication- Ensure clear and thorough communication with all stakeholders including client, development team, marketing team and project management team- Take a proactive approach to communicate with clients to ask the right questions and acquire the pertinent information on their needs, current business requirements and the intricacies of their product offering, to deliver the best possible final product- Work with team members to discuss and address client challenges that arise- Ensure all work is client-ready with an acute attention to detail- Quality check product before client delivery- Anticipate client and team questions and provide thought out answers/solutions- Go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver excellent service- Maximize potential for client retention and account growth- Apply previous knowledge and engage in continuous growth to constantly evolve and develop skillsRequired Skills- 3+ years experience in web and graphic design- 1+ years experience designing e-commerce websites - Shopify platform experience is a plus- Mastering of Web Design Frameworks like Bootstrap and Timber- Excellent knowledge of UX trends and Conversion Rate Optimization tactics- A pixel perfect design - Formal graphic design training a plus, but not required; self-taught learners also encouraged- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch- Ability to digest, edit and effectively place client website copy throughout the page designs you will be creating- Great written and verbal skills- Great problem solving skills- Someone who does not need hand-holding or supervision- Ambition and great work ethic- Results driven and detail oriented mentality- Passion for web design, UX, and UIResumes submitted without portfolios will not be considered Show more details...
