We are looking for a Designer to be a part of the Hydrow Digital marketing & ecommerce team. We’re looking for a self-starter to come join our team at the ground floor. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills who will drive and own the process of executing and creating content based on learnings and input from analytics, the executive team, and other stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Hydrow.com UI/UX design & optimization
• Landing page design & optimization
• Hydrow ecommerce design & optimization
• Designer focused on end to end customer experience for hydrow.com
• Partner with product, analytics and engineering to create a robust roadmap reflective of customer experiences and features that will make shopping hydrow.com an enjoyable & seamless experience
• Partner with product, analytics and engineering for A/B testing & overall experimentation across Hydrow.com
• Utilize design thinking principles to build seamless customer experiences which solve customer problems
• Improving designs and creative based on learnings from usertesting, analytics & customer feedback
• Designing and optimizing ecommerce store front and catalog pages
• Develop Hydrow’s visual style for all digital marketing properties
• Interface with the product design team to ensure consistency across product/web
• Own and audit organization of existing digital asset library; ensure design patterns are consistently leveraged across site

WHO YOU ARE
• Customer centric designer who loves turning creative ideas into solutions for customer problems
• 5-7 years experience with ecommerce design experience
• Experience with A/B testing & Experimentation in ecommerce
• Experiment driving some user testing & research to build confidence in design patterns
• Expertise in producing relevant deliverables including competitive audits, detailed site maps, user flows, page flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
• Strong communication skills & ability to listen
• Comfort with (and even a need for) data driven decision making
• Ability working with agencies and 3rd party partners
• Experience with digital marketing campaign creation and optimization
• Experience with software like Figma, Invision, etc
• Photoshop & Illustrator expertise
• Mobile first web-design philosophy

The Design Director is responsible for managing and directing the Brand and Marketing design team, which drives visual asset creation in partnership with Marketing, Engagement, and ECommerce Website. The ideal candidate has experience working in digital media and advertising, with a portfolio that shows off high-level skills in design, typography, and visual storytelling. They will be excited about creating holistic campaigns across multiple different media types, brand style guides, championing brand consistency, and driving visuals for a variety of content.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the creative team and direct project completion in line with company and project goals.
• Formulate short and long term creative goals and strategies for achieving them, with an eye towards competitive and industry trends.
• Develop design concepts that further the company’s brand identity and maintain consistency over the quality and message of the team’s output.
• Inspire the creative team to perform more advanced work using brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and other strategic tools.

The Marketing Analyst role is focused on developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to accelerate growth through qualified traffic, leads, and acquisition. Job Overview

We seek a Data Engineer who will serve as a cornerstone in our expanding Data and Analytics team. Your role is pivotal in providing ongoing analytics and insights across multiple departments, emphasizing a data-first approach to accelerate our strategies and decision making.

You will serve as a critical member of the Data and Analytics team, focusing on integrating disparate sets of data on our Domo platform. WHY WE NEED YOU

Hydrow’s data team is seeking a Data Analyst to specialize in Marketing analytics. This role is critical to helping Marketing stakeholders understand their channels’ performance on a day-to-day basis as well as comparative channel performance via attribution modeling and cohort analyses. This Marketing analyst will help round out our data and analytics function by leveraging a number of data sources and multiple data practices from modeling to dashboarding to ensure data clarity, consistent tracking, and actionable insights are found. A successful candidate is one that can clearly understand business goals, shows resilience to data problems in a fast-paced environment, and can synthesize analyses into compelling narratives that drive decisions. This role will report to the head of Analytics and join a data team of 2 others; each also wears several different organizational hats.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
• Support data roadmap goals by executing the creation of an attribution framework for our marketing channels. This includes a proposal for storing channel level data, a model framework for attribution, and devising a dashboard to showcase and integrate results with key marketing data including spend and sales.
• Partner with broader marketing team, including Direct Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative teams to allow for digital marketing data activations, identify reporting gaps and potential growth opportunities through analyses
• Help facilitate weekly recaps of core company KPIs; be able to pinpoint where relevant data trends impact core KPIs.
• Ensure all marketing team members can adequately track and gain insights into their channel’s performance through detailed dashboard visualizations, including Search, Social, Affiliate, CTV, SEO, Email/CRM, and more
• Assist on ad hoc marketing analysis to better understand efficiencies of channels, promotions, interventions, etc. Bonus points if you have statistical expertise with analyses like regressions and attribution.
• Work on the development of the technology roadmap to capture, manage, and leverage customer/consumer data to improve digital marketing and personalization initiatives

WHO YOU ARE
• Technical (with Marketing and Attribution Data): You are an expert with web analytics and marketing data and have worked with attribution models and databases in the past. Bonus points for any expertise in the following: GA4, Netsuite, Shopify, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Hubspot, Talkable, Amazon Ads and 1P, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
• Data Native: You have 3+ years’ experience with dashboard and data visualization creation with a proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You have deep knowledge of data platforms and analytics tools, including BI Expertise (Domo/Tableau), SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Critical Analytical Thinker: You are comfortable and familiar with collecting and analyzing internal and external data. With a data driven mindset, you pinpoint and articulate problem areas and are comfortable in an environment of change and improvement. You are confident in creating and presenting solutions to your cross functional partners and leaders. You have at least a basic understanding of statistical testing and experimentation.
