Purpose

~ Primary purpose is the education of Hyundai dealership technicians in the operation, diagnostic strategies and proper repair of Hyundai vehicle mechanical systems by facilitating Service Technical Training classes at the Region Training Center and remote locations. This position's success is measured by HMA's Fixed Right First Time performance.

~ From time to time the individual may facilitate non-technical service training that supports other dealership service department operations as directed by the Regional Field Service Training Manager.

Major Responsibilities

~ Present Technical Training classes to dealership technicians with the goal of improving skills that build Fixed Right First Time scores.

~ Assist HMA National Training Staff in the development of effective technical training curriculum.

~ Ensure Regional Training Facility, tools, student guides, literature, vehicles and P.C. Center are properly maintained to industry leading standards.

~ Assist Regional Field Service Training Manager with scheduling for effective coverage of curriculum.

~ Support DPSMs and Regional Parts & Service Manager in exceeding targets in training penetration, customer satisfaction and associated Fixed Right First Time scores.

~ Maintain offsite training facility if assigned. Liaison between NHQ facilities and AutoEver on action items. Secure HMA assets, maintain IT equipment, maintain vehicles and respond to building alarms as appropriate.

Purpose:

~ The Sr. Group Manager, Genesis Brand Creative reports to the Executive Director, Genesis Brand Experience, Genesis House & Studios and provides management support of the overall strategy for Genesis House and Studios with responsibility for all aspects of marketing and operations, including planning, tactical execution, guest and employee satisfaction, guest experience, and agency/vendor management.
