Job Summary:

Within the NSMS programs, the SM-6 Blk IAU/SBT Director is seeking to hire an Associate Director, Execution Program Management (EPM) to be based in Tucson, Arizona at Raytheon Missiles and Defense. This EPM will report to the SM-6 Blk IAU/SBT Director, and in partnership with the Director supports aspects of the directorate execution and growth developing, qualifying, and delivering a missile solution which addresses obsolescence for the Navy, while fielding MDA capabilities to the fleet. While the Director has ultimate profit and loss accountability and sets strategy, vision and direction for successful program execution focused on overall product affordability, product integrity, on-time deliveries to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth, the EPM manages the daily execution with a dedicated focus on performing to contractual requirements and to the business Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the multiple programs in the directorate.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
• Work closely with the Director to establish a cadence of operation, and an execution team that is organized for the success of the programs
• Apply disciplined risk & opportunity management practices to achieve balance of cost, quality, and schedule performance
• Help coordinate and align interactions, dependencies, and transactions between SM-6 development and SM-6/SM-2 production programs, as well as government furnished dependencies
• Coordinates with supporting functional organizations such as Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Operations, Security, Requirements and Capabilities, and others.
• Advise and manage as necessary to ensure successful program execution and prioritize resources where necessary.
• Participate on the development and execution program execution and growth strategies
• Understands and represents customer needs to leadership
• Support and/or lead regular program execution reviews

Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is required
• 4 years of applicable program management and/or leadership experience
• EVMS Certified or experience with EVMS or CAM
• Experience with IPDS, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk & Opportunity Management, or similar program management tools
• An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance
• This ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret US security clearance. US Citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:
• Advanced Degree with a concentration in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Program Management Level 4 Certification, or on path to achieve within 12 months
• Demonstrated successful P&L responsibility of a program at least $25M in annual sales
