Benefits AdministratorOverview

ID.me is looking for a Benefits Administrator to direct and plan the day-to-day operations of ID.me's various benefit and wellness programs, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FSA, GTL, 401k, critical illness and accident insurance programs. This person will be the key point of contact between our benefits brokers, benefits providers, Payroll, Finance, and our employee base, providing excellent customer service and a fantastic employee experience. • Experience creating and implementing benefits programs and processes in high-growth environments
• A proven ability to collect and analyze data, report on trends, and develop action plans to fully resolve any issues discovered
