Compensation

Qualifications
• High level of content-area proficiency as evidenced by teaching certification, field of study, or work-experience

What You'll Do Marketing, CRO, and Analytics:
Creation of Unique / Out of the Box Lead Magnets Creating and Managing PPC Marketing Campaigns:
Managing the full lifecycle of the campaign process, from campaign identification through reporting and analysis of results and creation of content such as; landing page creation, ads, copy, strategic planning of AB testing, and optimization based on performance Creation, Management, and Optimization of Drip Campaigns Continuously consider ways to improve our sales funnel and activity efficiencies Help with Strategic Marketing Research:
Use tools to reverse engineer competitor marketing strategies, and use whatever tactics you deem most effective to determine an ideal niche for Ideawake by industry or use case Generate marketing analytics report quarterly Setup framework for Front End of Sales analytics; such as tracking lead source and conversion rate Identify opportunities from analysis of PPC Performance & Google Analytics; identification of gaps in our customer journey based on continuous monitoring of Google Analytics performance The Intangibles - What You'll Need to be Successful in this Role:

Required Skills and
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS Experience with analyzing CRM data (HubSpot preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior-level partners, even when there is ambiguity involved) Familiarity with marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs Inbound Marketing experience Outbound Marketing experience (Cold email, direct mail, etc.
) Ad campaign experience (Google ads, listing sites (e.
g.
Gartner)) Doing product and marketing presentations/webinars/demos Conversion rate analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills at multiple levels.
You can drive effective meetings with marketers, teammates, and ops leadership.
Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).
Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding.
The desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
