Recruiter Responsibilities & Duties:
· Schedule and interview potential candidates.
· Contact and communicate with customers via email/phone.
· Complete new hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job.
· Inbound and outbound calls.
· Review and analyze resumes.
· Attend and schedule job fairs.
· Conduct drug screens.
· Conduct background checks.
Must have a flexible schedule - able to work overtime and some weekends.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm OR 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
