Reporting to the Program Manager, you will:
Finance... Operations:
Support Program Manager on IPT budget management, including its project budgets, through expense tracking, reporting and analysis; entry and calculation of monthly forecasting inputs; contract execution; vendor management; invoice tracking and related tasks.
Fiscal support for Community & Family Engagement activities:
Coordinate payments to community and family members; coordinate with vendors and colleagues to procure translation and meeting interpretation services.
Meetings & Events:
As requested, coordinate and manage logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, workgroups, committees and special events with both internal and external audiences.
Includes agenda creation, planning, vendor research, development of meeting materials, communications and some internal meeting facilitation.
Ensure timely follow up, tracking of issues and actions, and other documentation.
Communications:
Compose, edit and distribute internal written products, materials and resources; Communicate with vendors and external stakeholders by email.
Data:
perform data collection, entry and reporting to support management of event registration lists, email subscriber lists and similar operational needs.
