We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to IMAX's Legal & Business Affairs team in our Los Angeles office. A fan first, you'll be a passionate driver in transforming IMAX's Digital presence, building a strong and distinctive fan tone of voice. Leading with fandom, you'll develop and execute new, highly engaging and differentiating digital content - and content franchises - for IMAX owned and partner channels. You'll be an energetic champion for Digital, partnering with the wider creative team to win in social. Be an enthusiastic partner to the Digital Marketing team, help translate their social media calendar and digital media strategies into creative makes. Ensure all ideas and created assets are optimized for each platform including visuals and copy, integrating IMAX's tone of voice across all digital assets. Partner effectively with team members within IMAX Creative - and other business partners - from brainstorm to delivery. Willing to help out and roll your sleeves up as needed in areas outside your digital expertise. What we're looking for:

years of digital/creative/advertising/marketing agency, and/or film studio experience strongly preferred. Strong background and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Mac and Windows platforms. Understands the creative process from brief, creative development, production and final delivery. Strong understanding of consumer digital journey across all devices - mobile, tabloid and desktop. Strong understanding and experience across all key social platforms. Constantly in-tune with social media content trends and understands the ever-changing digital viewer/consumer landscape. Excellent time management (sets delivery expectations accordingly) and creative problem-solving skills. Must be able to effectively communicate concepts and technical specs to business partners, partner agencies and team members within IMAX Creative. Able to meet deadlines while still delivering work product that reflect the IMAX brand's high standards.
