We are looking for an on-location operations specialist to staff our office in St Johnsbury, Vermont. This employee will be responsible for the handling and scanning of mail we receive at the location, and light data entry.

This office location will provide the opportunity for the operations specialist to operate in a largely autonomous environment each day as they alone will staff this location.

Schedule:
The schedule is 3 hours a day Monday through Friday. (9am-12pm) 15 hours total a week.

Job Qualifications
• Reliable self-starter looking for an operational role.
• Demonstrates consistent detail oriented work.
• Highly organized.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to lift packages that weigh up to 30 pounds.
• No College Degree required.
• Mail handling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
• Transportation to and from USPS and/or FedEx stores is required periodically.

Responsibilities
Field questions through inbound calls and emails while reviewing information across multiple systems.
Adhere to performance metrics to meet contractual service level agreements.
Work with internal and external clients to identify and resolve client, member, and provider issues while utilizing proper escalation channels.
Liaise with clients via phone, email or fax to obtain specific approval or authorization for precertification and to determine accurate and valid coverage information. Interpret and apply insurance benefits.

Major Challenge:
This role requires agents to balance a large work-load with a high volume of inbound calls in order to provide assistance to callers in high stress and time sensitive situations (including medical emergencies) and maintain clear communication with a variety of clients.

Your Profile

Education, Experience, and Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Minimum Education Requirements:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Related to medical terminology (must).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge of geography as well as a respect for a diversity of cultures, languages, an people.
Strong stress management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional level written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A Foreign language besides english.
Conversational second language preferred.
Medical terminology or insurance certification (not mandatory)

• Escribir ~2 blogs de invitados al mes
• Escribir guiones de vídeo
• Redactar informes de encuestas de formato largo y contenidos de blog basados en datos propios
• Redacción y revisión de textos para páginas de destino
• Actualización del contenido de las entradas de blog anteriores para... optimizarlo para los motores de búsqueda y alinearlo con la intención del usuario.
• Cargar, publicar y ajustar el contenido en HubSpot CMS según sea necesario
• Asistir a las reuniones semanales del equipo
• Ayudar al equipo de contenido con la creación de calendarios de contenido, lluvia de ideas sobre temas para el sitio web del cliente
• Mantener los más altos estándares de calidad para el contenido que involucra al tiempo que logra los objetivos de negocio

LO QUE NOS GUSTARÍA VER DE TI:
• Al menos 3-5 años de experiencia previa como redactor de contenidos/redactor publicitario.
