We are seeking a talented individual to assist with a project for a private education school. The project involves utilizing ChatGPT to summarize the chapters of a PDF book and extracting actionable steps to help students implement the teachings... into their lives. The content will then be organized and delivered in an Adobe InDesign file format.
Responsibilities:
Receive a PDF file of a book from our team.
Utilize ChatGPT to summarize the chapters of the book.
Extract actionable steps from the summary to facilitate the implementation of the book's teachings.
Organize the summarized content and actionable steps into an Adobe InDesign file for delivery.
Terms of Acceptance:
Deadline: The project must be completed within 10 days. In exceptional circumstances beyond your control, an additional 5 days may be granted.
Payment Schedule: Upon completion of half of the project (half the book), you will receive half of the payment. Similarly, you are required to provide us with half of the project for review to ensure quality and progress.
Requirements:
Proficient in English with strong written communication skills.
Experience using ChatGPT for summarization and content extraction.
Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign for organizing and formatting content.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
How to Apply:

We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with a skilled Mandarin Chinese DTP designer to support us in the layout of documents.
The candidate should fit the following criteria...
- Able to design for print and digital, primarily with a focus on report layouts of a technical and academic nature
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator, as a minimum)
- Specific to InDesign: Skilled DTP, including proficiency
We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with a skilled Mandarin Chinese DTP designer to support us in the layout of documents.

- Able to design for print and digital, primarily with a focus on report layouts of a technical and academic nature

- Understand how to read and redesign a range of graphs (bars, line, scatter, pie) and flow charts
- Be able to follow the publication requirements set out by clients
- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese (benificial if you are also fluent in any of the following languages: French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic)
- Superior attention to detail - able to follow technical style guidelines, and ensure neatness and consistency across large documents.
A good fit would be someone who is communicative, extremely reliable, and ideally available on a flexible basis for whole projects (ranging in size from ~4 hours to several weeks of work).
