Inkit, a leading Document Generation Platform, is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and expansion across various sectors. This role requires a dynamic individual who can excel in multiple areas, including:

Conducting Research:
• Competitors: Analyzing and understanding the competitive landscape.
• Leads and Prospects: Identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects.
• Customer Base: Understanding our existing customer base to enhance relationships.
• Company History, Market, and Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of relevant trends to inform strategies.
• CRM Database Management: Utilizing CRM to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base essential for success.

Developing Growth Opportunities:
• Working across departments to develop opportunities for company expansion, innovative offerings, stakeholder relationships, and market management.
• Going beyond sales prospecting to encompass all aspects of growth, including marketing and financial power.

Experimenting with Strategies:
• Assessing and testing new strategies through small-scale experiments, ranging from A/B tests to mini product launches.
• Working across with the broader sales team, engaging with prospects, and analyzing leads.

Data Analysis:
• Analyzing quantitative data to improve sales performance, internal practices, and recommend training to address weak spots.
• Utilizing our CRM to update KPI’s, tracking sales metrics and identifying opportunities to improve.

Cross-Departmental Management:
• Coordinating and managing projects that require input from multiple departments, utilizing precise communication, documentation, and de-escalation skills.
• Managing inbound sales activity, ensuring that potential leads are properly nurtured and converted into opportunities.

Partnership Management and Relationship Development:
• Building and managing relationships with investors, distributors, vendors, and other strategic partners.
• Negotiating and creating win-win scenarios through trust and strategic partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis techniques.
