WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Work with our in-house content creator to make Reels and TikTok's
• Help Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, On TikTok and Instagram.
• Create shareable content that is in line with our social media strategy
• Monitor and measure growth of follower count across digital channels
• Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage audiences
• Help implement the influencer marketing strategy, helping to establish and nurture long-term partnerships through organic and paid content
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 0-1 years of social media management
• 6months - 1 year of creating TikTok's or Instagram Reels, experience (personal or business is okay)
• Intermediate or advanced experience with Instagram and TikTok, and social posting platforms
• Vigorous attention to detail in areas such as proofreading
• Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills
• Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
• Team player who maintains composure and kindness in high pressure and fast-paced situations
• Working towards acquiring a Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, marketing or business fields

Data Science Director - Instagram, Well-being Responsibilities Maintain a high bar in terms of product thinking and analytical depth for your team through selective hiring and mentorship. Conduct analytics studies to identify new product opportunities and shape product strategy. Size opportunities to ensure product teams are working on the most impactful projects. Execute on high priority learning initiatives and measurement strategies for Well-being, Instagram, and Facebook. Partner and heavily contribute to major analytical and product initiatives across the Facebook Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).
