WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Work with our in-house content creator to make Reels and TikTok's
• Help Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, On TikTok and Instagram.
• Create shareable content that is in line with our social media strategy
• Monitor and measure growth of follower count across digital channels
• Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage audiences
• Help implement the influencer marketing strategy, helping to establish and nurture long-term partnerships through organic and paid content
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 0-1 years of social media management
• 6months - 1 year of creating TikTok's or Instagram Reels, experience (personal or business is okay)
• Intermediate or advanced experience with Instagram and TikTok, and social posting platforms
• Vigorous attention to detail in areas such as proofreading
• Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills
• Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
• Team player who maintains composure and kindness in high pressure and fast-paced situations
• Working towards acquiring a Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, marketing or business fields
