Position Overview

The Automotive e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key. With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.

Position Summary:
• The AZEK Company is seeking a Retail e-Commerce Manager who will drive the future of how customers shop for TimberTech decking and AZEK Exteriors products across retail / big box channels.
• This role is responsible for creating and maintaining best-in-class online experiences for our consumers and customers while driving business growth through those experiences.
• This role is a high-impact driver of the company's online digital and eCommerce strategy and will help identify opportunity areas across our business, ensure productive performance review with leadership to deliver against targets, and partner with the business to enable objectives & measurable performance indicators.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
• Grow e-commerce business in units and revenue and deliver KPI's while identifying levers to achieve targets.
• Regularly review internet sales and returns reporting data from trade customers to drive sales, improve order forecasts, reduce stock-outs and product returns and improve overall customer shopping experience.
• Develop merchandising strategy to drive product category growth backed by data and insights.
• Drive improved performance (add-to-cart, conversion, revenue, AOV) by leveraging data and insights to test and improve navigation, onsite search, facets, product representation based on deep understanding of customer and category buying behaviors.
• Manage on-line product presentation and catalog data, and drive requirements into search.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to develop cohesive, effective web content for all internet consumer and trade customers to include product descriptions, videos and other assets as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on category imagery and messaging.
• Manage item set-up and development processes for key retail customers.
• Define funnel metrics to identify opportunities to increase conversions by customer segments.
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholder teams to drive sales through organic search, product launch and campaign activities.
• Analyze customers and usage patterns; drive personalization use-cases to increase conversion rates and revenue.
• Analyze the buyer's journey and drive A/B/multivariate test use-cases to reduce the amount of friction and increase conversion rates.
• Influence content and campaign calendar managed by marketing; work with multiple stakeholder teams to ensure carousels, site components, and content drive increased tool and equipment rental category revenue.

Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in channel/retail marketing. Digital marketing and web experience are required.
• Experience with Quote Center / IDM /Supplier Hub / DART/ GateWay/ Syndigo/ eCAT/ GDSN/ CommerceHub
• Experience working with Homecenter e-commerce retailers: homedepot.com or lowes.com - preferred
• Experience in optimizing for web performance and a background in digital advertising.
• Exceptional verbal, report, presentation, PowerPoint, and Excel abilities
