Role Summary
You’ll speak to small businesses from around the country, helping them with the three jobs Intuit solves better than anyone else… managing finances, getting paid, and managing employees. This will require you to ask questions to get to know their business, how they work, and make a recommendation that will solve those jobs better than they thought possible. Your ability to solve problems with connected solutions will not only fuel their success but yours. Your key responsibilities will include taking or making contacts with prospects, converting them to users of our connected solutions, getting them to the right offering for their business, and creating lifelong customers for Intuit.

This role is instrumental in driving our Digital Experiences strategy with a global lens and will drive the reimagination of tomorrow and power customer success.
We have a declared strategy to deliver Next Gen Customer Success Experiences through AI-powered Digital Experiences. The key goal of this role is to transform the E2E customer journey from discrete interactions to a seamless E2E journey through creation and delivery of integrated, omni-channel digital experiences leveraging data sharing and contextual handoffs between digital and assisted experiences in close partnership with ICS platform teams as measured by increased self-help resolution rates, contact rates, contact reduction to drive speed to benefit. This is a global team that will accelerate our ability to scale our capabilities across SBSEG.
Responsibilities
• Digital Platform enhancements - ongoing enhancements to the core digital platforms to drive standard adoption across all geographies, routing strategy and measurement, as well as partner with Account Services to continue to drive enhancements in the capabilities to expand coverage & success in the platform.
