• Help us be compliant. Develop roadmap initiatives based on customer needs (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, PCI, FEDRAMP, etc.) and drive them through readiness and gap assessments, control implementation, and internal/third party audits.
• Delight in the details. Respond to questionnaires, emails, conduct research, lead calls, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders using explicit technical details and professionalism.
• Understand risky business. Take traditional risk management concepts and apply them to out of the box situations and complex technologies that drive acceptable business resolutions as a co-owner.
• Manage vendor risk. Assist in the ongoing support of the Third Party Risk Management program, performing vendor security reviews and risk analyses.
• Build knowledge, not perfection. Ability to create diagrams or necessary customer artifacts including policies, standards and procedures, and surface work to build on areas that need improvement.
• Empower others. Share information, build relationships, and collaborate across all aspects of security, sales, legal, and engineering with candor and compassion.

What you’ll bring:
• 5 years’ experience in Information Security
• 3 years’ experience in areas of compliance, audit, and risk; preferably at a startup or SaaS provider
• Polished professionalism developed through consulting or engaging directly with customers, auditors, and third-parties
• Self-directed and motivated to foster creative problem solving as well as out of the box thinking
• Working understanding of how compliance operates with cloud-native technology stacks

What is special about Freehand is the way it puts people at ease, encourages their creativity, and elevates their individual voice so that every member of a team can contribute meaningfully. Freehand is designed to be intuitive, inclusive, versatile, and enterprise ready. It is refreshingly simple, but surprisingly robust.

The Design Collaboration team owns the prototyping space at InVision and is also building greenfield experiences to enable designers to share and work with other personas in an organization. It is doing this by leveraging its strong collective experience in tooling for designers to enhance existing prototyping products and create related workflows and user experiences. This is being done iteratively so it can respond quickly to user feedback and as it learns more about collaborating personas. This knowledge is then incorporated into new opportunities that serve additional personas enabling the team to reach into other parts of an organization beyond designers.

• Design and develop secure, maintainable, reliable and performant code to power InVision’s prototyping products and collaboration workflows.
• Work on a frontend microservice architecture written in React and WebGL.
• Size assigned work, identify risks and create mitigations, identify and resolve technical and quality issues, assisting less experienced engineers when needed.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to design and develop functionality and UX.
• Provide operational support for the team’s products and support team members to do so.
• Implement software development and operations best practices.
• Technically mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews.

What you’ll bring:
• 4 years of experience designing and developing front ends using Agile and modern technologies like React and TypeScript. Experience with Angular is a plus.
• Experience working with APIs required to build front end applications.
• Multiple years of experience providing operational support for microservices, debugging issues and resolving them.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to understand your business, your users and their requirements, and to deliver results.
• High standards for all your work.
• Passion for continued learning and a track record of proactively picking up new technologies and skills as you ship awesome code.
