We are looking for a Senior Director of Business Development, Games, to manage the business cycle of our partner relationships.

Position:
• Onboard games from existing and new US game publishing partners, with a focus on strategic ones
• Create, prioritize, and manage the US deal pipeline
• Assist the Anzu leadership team with the BD strategy and execution
• Apply critical sales-related methodologies and adjust relevant marketing collateral to reach AAA game publishers across all platforms
• Use the company CRM for effective reporting and forecasting of existing and new business
• Represent Anzu at industry events
• Bridge knowledge and teams from the game publishing industry and ad monetization market
• Be alert to market intelligence, the in-game ad ecosystem, and collect feedback from potential and existing clients

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial business development of a mobile monetization SDK, growth marketing, and scaling new products, ideally with experience in a successful startup in the advertising market and/or with a mobile app product
