Our newly established US commercial team is looking to hire a talented and driven Graphic Designer to create and enhance our visual marketing products. Use your experience in graphic design principles to communicate the unique value of IONOS. Enhance the impact of our marketing communications while maintaining the IONOS corporate identity and design standards.

Responsibilities:
• Visual design of holistic digital marketing communications (e.g. static and animated images, video, UGC, website designs, email layouts) from conception to finalization using a variety of applications
• Conceive and generate creative communication pieces and marketing campaigns for the national and international market that meet our performance standards in close cooperation with copywriters and global marketing managers
• Use response data and customer feedback to generate iterative versions of creative and continuously improve marketing performance
• Create digital customer journeys (from landing page to lead magnet) for international marketing campaigns
• Serve as a point person for internal and external parties for all domestic campaigns and represent the US market for global campaigns
• Interact with a variety of domestic and international departments to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Deliver compelling concept presentations to team members, peers and global stakeholders
• Own the workflow from gathering requirements, drafting, presenting and getting approval, incl. sharing out performance and learnings.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of professional design experience in an eCommerce business, performance marketing agency, DTC business or comparable professional experience
• Experience with AI-based design content creation (e.g. Jasper.AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) and confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (incl. Figma) required
• Understanding of visual imagery and typography, paired with high standards of quality and accuracy
• Technical affinity and experience in dealing with content management systems
• Strong project management skills will be essential; knowledge of project management software such as JIRA a plus
• Formal education and/or professional training and relevant certification in communications, marketing, technology or related field preferred.
Physical requirements and Working Conditions
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
• Spend extended hours in front of a computer screen
• Ability to travel via air and/or vehicle on an overnight basis, including international travel on an estimated quarterly basis
• Ability to lift objects during travel up to 20 lbs.
• The role is located in downtown Philadelphia, PA and requires at least 3 days on-site per week or on days as designated by management
