Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues. There is no telemarketing or sales involved.

We are hiring for this position at an hourly wage of $14.00.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing
• Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
• Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately
• Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
• Have a courteous, customer service approach

· Implementing strategies and tactics for growing and engaging Ipsos’ mystery shopper panel in the USA.

· Managing current independent scheduler relationships, as well as recruiting for additional support depending on program volume to ensure mystery shopping completion and quality targets are achieved.

· Overseeing all independent scheduler and shopper questions and onboarding based on program requirements.

· Acting as a Mystery Shopping subject matter expert within Ipsos and providing advice on our ‘better design, better execution and better impact’ strategy.

· Working with the Senior Field Manager to oversee all fieldwork costing activities for assigned programs (Bonus funds and budgeting).

· Regular meetings with Mystery Shop team around strategic planning and forecasting.

This might be the job for you if you have:
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in the market research and communications field or something arguably relevant.
• Strong experience with quantitative research, including survey design, sampling plans and analysis, and brand trackers.
• Experience with qualitative research, including focus groups, conducting in-depth interviews, analyzing qualitative research and cultural analyses.
• Strong communications skills; you know how to translate complex data into easy to understand, actionable insights.
• Good understanding of advanced analytics including data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, DOMO.

MMA is searching for a Data Consultant with communication, SQL and ETL development skills for a position in our New York, NY office. This position will report into the Senior Director of Data Management. This is a client facing role that will involve:
• Working closely with our clients and third party data providers to establish and maintain an understanding of data
• Understand relationships between different sets of data
• Understand relationships from raw sets of data to processed sets of data
• Collaboration with our project teams to ensure data requirements and destinations are well understood and documented
• Assist in documenting operations or procedures for data retrieval and processing
• Understand the desired end state of the processed data and needs/improvements of the raw data to reach desired state
• Developing ETL scripts using Microsoft technologies including SQL Server and SSIS
• Includes both structured ETL development and exploratory development of automation through recognizing patterns in raw data, and common attributes of semi structured client submitted data
