Salary: $100k-$130k annual base and $185k-195k OTE

The SSON Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for securing new business for our sponsorship and digital media products across multiple brands (Shared Services Outsourcing Week and Intelligent Automation). In this role, you are responsible for individual revenue generation as well as lead a team of 2-3 account executives focused on selling sponsorship across our global portfolio of events and digital media.

Role Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will have direct responsibility for driving sales revenue within existing products, as well as working closely with the Management team in a strategic capacity to identify new markets, new products and opportunities for revenue growth and lead and manage a team of 2-3 sales account executives.
• During the first 4 month of onboarding, you will be solely responsible for individual revenue generation. Upon successful completion of the 4 months’ probation period, you will be leading a sales team and be responsible for the team’s revenue goal along with your own individual contribution.
• Further create a positive and winning culture, and a trusted environment.
• Manage team performance, driving potential and developing skills.
• Deliver coaching/training (prospecting, research, negotiation, customer success/service)
• Lead sales operations (database management and compliance, deal closure, documentation etc.)
• Gather competitor and market analysis.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, results focused and organized.
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+years B2B Sales experience (sponsorship sales experience is preferred)
• 1-2 years’ experience managing a high performing sales team
• Success track record of achieving revenue goal consistently
• Professional with good communications skills, and the confidence to converse with senior decision makers
• High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
• Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• General office technology skills required (PC, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, LinkedIn)
