• Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately

The ideal candidate:
• You will ideally have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in linguistic and/or data annotation/data labelling work or any role that requires high attention to detail and you are dealing with a high volume of content/information would also be a good fit for this role
• You have excellent skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications and a willingness to learn and use in-house annotation tools

Responsibilities:
Project/Program Management:
• Independently plan, lead and execute complex finance projects & programs collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally.
• Ensure appropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goals
• Work proactively with the business to resolve critical issues
• Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigations for functional portfolio
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement and optimize for Revenue Operations Programs
• Balance business requirements versus technical constraints and maximize business benefits.
• Communication:
• Drive proactive communications by reporting on status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties.
• Support team to define effective communication methods, developing key messages and story telling for relevant initiatives and organizational achievements.
• Create communications that drive business objectives across, leadership levels, regions and cultures
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years in a management consulting or similar strategic program management role,
• Experience working in and influencing global cross-functional teams
• Experience influencing at a leadership level
• Ability to understand complex processes and systems architecture
• Proven record in identifying opportunities , proposing alternative solutions, and successfully realizing benefits of those solutions through implementation
• Financial & accounting acumen
• BA/BS Degree

• PPM or SixSigma
• MBA
• SQL
