Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated client groups. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. This position serves as a coach and consultant to leaders and works closely with the HR Operations team to ensure effective delivery of HR programs.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a collaborative partnership with employees and leaders to ensure Human Resources principles are being applied consistently and effectively while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements in a global context.
• Provide expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and employees on HR programs, policy and procedures, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution, change management, diversity and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
• In partnership with the appropriate support resources, responds to employee relations concerns regarding performance management, improvement, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, employee safety, teamwork, etc.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Leads comprehensive talent review process for client group including guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs including evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Demonstrates commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as HR Business Partner, 7 years in total in HR
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employment laws.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management required or combination of equivalent work and education experience will be considered; Master's degree preferred in related field of study; previous professional experience of at least 8 years will be considered in lieu of degree
• SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
• Preference for candidates with HR experience in multiple countries.

We are looking for a savvy Data Engineer to join our growing team of analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams.

Position Summary
The Database Administrator administers, maintains, and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company's databases. Resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, synchronization, replication, and other distributed data issues. Assist with the development, review and testing of database objects and stored procedures using advanced programming techniques. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the labor market industry and security concepts. Position Summary
The Database Administrator administers, maintains, and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company's databases. Resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, synchronization, replication, and other distributed data issues. Assist with the development, review and testing of database objects and stored procedures using advanced programming techniques. The Chapter and Member Relations Specialist is responsible for the coordination and support of (ISC) 2 's Chapter and Member Relations program by engaging members and other cybersecurity professionals to advance (ISC)²'s vision of inspiring a safe and secure cyber world through local and online communities. This position provides support and coordination for chapter and member relations throughout the organization.
Provide direct, substantive support and guidance to the formation and management of the chapters In the Americas region by serving as a liaison between the members and (ISC)² and generate ideas to support and cultivate the efficiency of them. This individual will primarily work with chapters in the North and Latin America regions.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the point of contact for all chapters in the Americas (North America and Latin America) Provide targeted and sustained member/chapter outreach and relationship through regional directors.

Qualifications

Position Summary
The Software Quality Analyst will have hands-on experience testing web-based, cloud based and client/server applications as well as backend/database testing experience (via SQL queries). The candidate should have foundational knowledge in manual testing process and execution experience that can be leveraged to design effective automated testing solutions.
Responsibilities
Designs and executes manual tests (smoke, integration and regression) to ensure that the proposed software solutions conform to business requirements and software applications as required.
• Proactively review and update test plans to ensure inclusion of any new or modified functionality.
• Analyze use cases and user stories to design effective test plans, test cases and associated test data.
• Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.
• Works closely with key stakeholders to identify and report software problems, troubleshoot root cause and propose solutions.
• Provide production support for issues identified by the user community. This will include attempts to reproduce reported issues in test environments and log any verified issues in the defect-tracking system.
• Interfaces with team's technical resources and internal domain experts.
• Reviews feature related documentation to ensure accurate product functionality for testing purpose.

Position Summary
The Software Quality Analyst will have hands-on experience testing web-based, cloud based and client/server applications as well as backend/database testing experience (via SQL queries). The candidate should have foundational knowledge in manual testing process and execution experience that can be leveraged to design effective automated testing solutions.
Responsibilities
Designs and executes manual tests (smoke, integration and regression) to ensure that the proposed software solutions conform to business requirements and software applications as required.
• Proactively review and update test plans to ensure inclusion of any new or modified functionality.
• Analyze use cases and user stories to design effective test plans, test cases and associated test data.
• Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.
• Works closely with key stakeholders to identify and report software problems, troubleshoot root cause and propose solutions.
• Provide production support for issues identified by the user community. This will include attempts to reproduce reported issues in test environments and log any verified issues in the defect-tracking system.
• Interfaces with team's technical resources and internal domain experts.
• Reviews feature related documentation to ensure accurate product functionality for testing purpose.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools and processes
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with manual testing with or without guidance from Senior Test Engineer and/or Manager
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce admin and QA experience
• At least 1 year of knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Preferred experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Familiarity and working knowledge of: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); Behavior Driven Development (BDD) applied within Agile environment; using a multi-tool approach to facilitate end-to-end system testing
• Familiarity with Sitecore highly preferred

Position Summary
The Director, Portfolio Strategy, is responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and discover emerging global marketplace needs and respond with a continuously evolving portfolio of member-benefit and commercially available products, services, and experiences to support the professional development of the cybersecurity profession. • Ensure professional development products and services are an integral part of the overall organizational content strategy and member experience and value proposition.

• Oversee research for new products and product enhancements considering environmental factors, competitor activities, and market response to existing products.
• Review and approve ROI analyses for new product proposals and ensure development costs align.
